:)  It's my understanding that the claim on the credit report shows the collection agency, so anytime I see applicants with debt other than medical or consumer, I suspect it is a landlord.  

There is also a medical school moving to downtown.

Options include multi tenant (retail strip), single large tenant like a CVS, medical bldg, etc.  

If so, we would love to hear from you.2   US business checking accounts - any bankers out there who would open business checking accounts for our US registered Corp and LLC remotely, ie without the need for us to travel to US. 

A couple of them can work remotely and just travel the world while making 300 to 500K/year. 

Many of us that live around here travel back and forth over the stateline on a daily basis for work, family, shopping, doctors, anything.

I'm just a traveler who has been living abroad for two years.

I usually just use credit checks to make sure they haven't shafted other landlords and that most of the negatives are in unpaid medical bills.
