It sounds good that you can just refinance before that point, but that s alot of assumptions that you are making early on.

Hello, I'm mostly writing to confirm my suspicions as the regulations are a little unclear/I'd appreciate a second set of eyes to make sure I'm not completely off-base.

Not only were the phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses better, I was getting a much more complete data set showing me DECEASED indicators and ages as well as the names and associates of relatives I could contact.

I completely agree with you and have taken some of the steps you described.

Of course you don’t get payment until the application and process is complete and approved by the committee then you allow them access and that’s after they paid the SD.
