So, hello from the Twin Cities!

Here is our current dilemma that I'm hoping someone could provide some insight to: - We both have the funds to purchase the home with cash, but those funds are tied up in CD's until March, so we will need to apply for a loan in the meantime.

People are so emotional and just throw things away.

There is so far still to go in bastrop! 

I’ve also spoke with a lender (one lender so far) and they mentioned that some rules have changed and we might not be able to go that route. 

So what's your approach, and why this property vs. any of the others in the area? 

There is so many "red-flags" here I am not sure where to start..... - you state it's an "executive" townhouse.
