For Toilets - a good house brand is Pro Flow - Ferguson Enterprises sells them - they are probably one of the larger plumbing supply houses/chains in the US - they are primarily wholesale however have a retail side at their locations as well.My buddy is taking over his dads plumbing business (primarily new construction) and that is their standard builder grade toilet - they typically only work on high end houses and that's all they use with no problems unless someone wants an upgrade.

Tenant calls about the dryer in a 3 family smelling of smoke and then no heat.

For the vacant unit I want to eventually rent it out so I'm looking for advice and how to clean it up after a tenant leaves to get it ready.Currently it smells like the last tenant has been smoking inside the building.

I politely told her to stop smoking in the property (prior owners didn't care) and she did, which I appreciate.

I'd figure they spend less to wash than you pay to supply the feature.

I have been to a few myself but there is a lot of smoking mirrors in the majority of them.
