Tool rental places now sometimes carry industrial ozone systems, I've never used one.

I don't have the platform set up for that, or the ethics to take someone's money for something I don't own yet and thus can't sell them.I can't imagine anyone with true experience/knowledge in this industry would want to deal with them anyways.

I used to work as a Realtor for about 4 years in Maryland and really miss working in the industry.

They will probable average the income over the two years.If you haven't been in an industry for 2 years they won't let you claim income from any job/industry (I believe the exception is if you just graduated from college and are in the industry your degree is in)

I previously worked in the real estate industry as a realtor.
