I'd also love to see the agent have a solid reputation and be a valuable resource to go to for anything I will need - especially a solid list of trade vendors I can call if something needs repair or cleaning. :)If the agent can also show me their own track record and/or some successful client stories/deals that would lend itself to provide me with a higher confidence in where I was investing and the agent I was using.

I didn’t see the need to include the stabilized value considering as you mentioned, construction loans and down payments are driven by the LTC.

We have 2 young kids (ages 6 and 3), and another goal is to teach our kids the real estate business, to give them an opportunity to see the power of passive income and the opportunities it can create in their lives.

Typically investors will also want to see the sponsor had significant capital also invested in the deal as well.

I want to see the lots and make sure everything is good with them, because there are people dumping garbage on some lots, others are sneaking in and chopping down trees and selling the wood, others are cooking drugs, etc.
