Hello, I have a condo and a 3 flat that i recently purchased but in the recent months more properties have come on the market that I see get value in purchasing and keeping them in my portfolio but the only thing that’s stopping me from making the purchases is the money issue.

The problem with a refi appraisal is there is no purchase price the appraiser can target, so they will always be more conservative and aim low.Bottom line: I would absolutely invest in a mini-split systems.
