I personally know of someone who uses his pension plan from a private company to invest with.  

Here's my question - I have a private money lender who is willing to provide $40,000 at 8% over 20 years(or shorter).

After that, we have used HELOCs or private money and always made cash offers on all our flips. 

So here is my question, are there any Private Money Lenders out there willing to loan money to a young investor looking to get into his first house hack?

I would target the $75/night price if you furnish it nicely and it has its own private bath.

You can discover partners or investors/private lenders at your local real estate investor meetings.. or something more creative like attending an IRA educational seminar or class and approaching others who attend that are looking to invest more creatively into real estate.

I do Syndications because I come from the Private Equity field so it's comfortable for me, funding deals would be a new avenue for me and seems to be riskier.
