Here is an example if you are a landlord and you rent to someone with the understanding that they will have no pets whatsoever and then you drive by and see Fido their Wiener dog in the backyard.

I am a broker and have been for A hum 44 years.. brokers not answering the phone is one of my major pet peeves to this day.at this point if it was me I would just go direct to the owner..

I would have been in a tough spot if I didn't know about the pet fee law and the radon law that both changed, and my RE attorney was the person who told me about those and helped me alter my leases to accommodate the changes and protect myself.
