No pets in the lease? 

My rental agreement is 7 pages or 9 pages with the pet addendum.

We do not allow pets in our home, for now, so we did not capture any pet fees.

We have no pool, allow pets, and we are not oceanfront. 

I spent a lot of time last year doing the same thing in a pet project for drag racers which I enjoyed but ultimately wasn't profitable.

I allow pets since so many people have them, they tend to stay longer and they;re just as responsible for pet damage as kid damage.

You cannot ask why they need the animal, and you cannot charge a pet deposit or pet rent for the animal if the tenant provides the proper documentation. 

Must allow pets (one cat and one dog - lab approximately 50 lbs).

I hope @Nicole Williamson that I never become jaded :) and I am kind of living on the edge with trying out certain things with tenants like pets and letting them paint (which I know a lot people will not let them do).

All amounts were disclosed and the security/pet deposits collected will be deducted at closing.
