I think that buying a new home, it should be perfect and you shouldn't settle for anything less.I develop homes myself and sometimes I feel like the buyers are being unreasonable by asking for the smallest things, but I remind myself that they are committing a massive amount of funds to this home, it's brand new and it should be perfect for them.
