Both views have merit.I've recently focused on growing my MHP portfolio in the past year due to intense competition and limited value in the Class C / Class B multifamily arena.  

I'm tempted to let them continue the foreclosure rather than pay it because I don't particularly want the property and I've tried to sell it unsuccessfully in the past.

I spend about 30 min to an hour everyday reading forms on here just to expand my mind, not including podcast.

They may also know contractors they have worked with in the past who could give you a quote.

But I would like to see past data to get a better understanding of the short term rental market in my area.

We’ve made two deals over the past couple years and are cash flowing @ ~9-12%. 

One of the tenants is currently paying for both sides and has been for the past two years.

It has been cash flowing $495/mo for the past six months. 

Morning Everyone, Well, I guess you can sort of count the rent I've been getting from my roommates while house hacking over the past 8 months, but this morning is my 26th birthday and I woke up to the Chase Quickpay rent payment from my tenant at my first true investment property.
