Start a high yield savings account, CD, money market and use this to pay lump sum once a year?

Hello everyone I'm 21 years old and decided to purchased an online course to become a real estate agent.This is my first post here and wanted to ask anyone what advice do y'all have for me, in becoming an agent or just any real estate advice in general, your tips and advice will go a long way and will be highly appreciated.Also I wanted to point out that my main goal is to invest into real estate being into rental properties, multi family and maybe fix and flip.

My current goal is to save a good amount of cash to start looking for a home around Monmouth County by mid/end of 2024.

But not to hijack this thread ill save those questions for some forum posts and the meetup.

Working 3,000 hours a year for 4 years in a row, I realized that only investments can save me from poverty at the end of my days.

   Save your self the headache, call three contractors, don’t offer any suggestions, let them give you their opinion.

Living in the property during the renovation not only saves me on living expenses but also allows me to intimately understand its potential.

As much as I would love to help this group out, as I have done for other owners/operators, I think this investment opportunity is past the point of saving.
