This aberrational situation is causing them to believe that they're doing things ok when they are not by normal standards.....The business model that will put things back to normal is easy...it's the old tried and true way of doing things that has been with us forever: 1) Show Up every time, on time. 2) Be courteous, be honest, have manners. 3) Be well trained or better. 4) Expect and demand excellent workmanship from your crew and all the crews under your control and on your jobsite. 5) Run your business like a business. 6) Expect and demand the same from your customers.Easy peasy.

If you look at the price points for similar models of home on an ongoing basis, you can see they continue to go up. 

Then, I would line up coffee appts with a few agents, stress availability, communication, experience and make sure they aren't going to dump you off on some brand new agent once you get signed on! Go

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

You’re responsible for training your tenants.  

There's a lot of information out there for the latter, but the first two seem rather elusive, I bet since these are more personally-devised things, unless you sign up for someone's training.

This program is stated to provide individual support/mentoring, sales training, underwriting and structuring training with access to live events (networking / other educational courses).
