Because I am not sure how people are able to take out so many mortgages to have numerous SFH.New to investing myself as you can see!

There are numerous properties of similar construction/floorplan that these numbers could apply to and I'm trying to understand the market as to how these deals can make sense for anyone.

Hello Everyone,Me and couple of my friends want to start investing in rental properties out of state.Based on numerous posts I have seen it is best to go with LLC with a holding company in a state like WY and Individual LLC for each property where it is located.My specific question is around how do we structure it when not all the partners are involved in every deal.

I have read David Greene's book on the BRRRR strategy, listened to numerous podcasts about it, but I seem to still lack the confidence to actually do it.

I've talked to numerous banks to try and get the loan and we're struggling to secure financing due to the fact that to many indivuals would be on the moratage.  

Those will all provide numerous resources and then I would have conversations with multiple parties until you find people you are comfortable with that have a proven track record.

Lastly, I've posted about this numerous before, but it's risky doing business with strangers on the internet.
