I believe North Carolina requires closings be done by an attorney but forbids the attorney from being a title agent and issuing a policy because of an inherent conflict in representing a title insurer as its agent an a buyer as an insured. 

I just spent a week fishing north of Bozeman and the average sale price for an SFR right now in Bozeman is 500 to 700k which is a city house on a city lot.. 

My wife and I are looking at a house in the North End or Veterans Park (open to suggestions on other areas handy to the city).
