I think the property is selling for the discount price because the landlord has a hard time to evict tenants for non payment which are financially covered under the government program.

Looking at the housing shortage for those families in need, and looking at the housing voucher program I am looking for a property manager that is comfortable with the housing voucher system.   

I have my numbers scrubbed from a program called Remine and then they're scrubbed out of my call list through a tool that I use called Mojo as well.

Since this will be my first purchase I am looking to utilize the FHA program with a 3.5% down.

UC Merced just expanded its campus to accommodate more programs and increase student capacity, and are continuing to expand. 

It seems most of the so-called programs are ... cookie cutter methods.

VHDA, Fannie Mae, And Freddie Mac and a program for investors at a local bank. 1.85 mil is purchase price.

I have sold through Naca I would think they would have realtor referrals for you.. but in my case I think the buyer is free to work with whomever.. in my deals there was no realtor they bought direct from me the seller.PS its a fantastic program for borrowers.. as long as you plan on staying the 10 years and your good with giving back.

I do plan on getting a pro membership in the near future but I want to start evaluating property values but I will only be able to use the calculator 3(?)
