First I would like to say I'm sorry your going through this, hiring a professional management company would have been your best interest in your asset.

You could try a reverse image search (right click in Chrome) which will find other OTAs where that property is listed, and the direct booking site if applicable.

If yes, are there considerations such as* can we sell off-market and for less than market value to SDIRA* Can I self-manage in SDIRA? 

How about a management company to handle all these for liability purposes.If we decide to go with a series LLC structure for our real estate investing, where should our management company (to deal with tenants, manage rent, deals with expenses, etc) will fall into?

For example, we love Savannah Georgia but it seems even in the zones that STRs are permitted it may take more than a year to get your application approved.

@Austin JamesUnderstand the area, the current tenant base,the median income, is it in a flood zone, the age of the asset, the condition of the plumbing, the electrical wiring, the fuseboxes, the age of the roofs, the age of the mechanicals, the condition of the foundation, the drainage of the property, does the property have a C of O, is there ny environmental concerns such as oil tanks being buried, the current property management company, what are the amenities.These are just a few things to look out for.

I would also look into implementing a PMS so that you can effectively manage all of your calendar’s & communication with guests.
