I'm willing to overlook foreclosure, short sale, delinquent medical bills or student loans, and criminal stuff if it's older and or non-violent.The tenants with bad credit can't buy a house, so you don't need to worrry about them leaving because of that.

This is a historic district with older residences, small shops, restaurants, medical centers and city government offices.

While many do come here and do work that is very tough, quite a few come here for the sole purpose to cause MAYHEM, to get free services like medical, education and food.

But there are some big moves coming into the city (medical mart / convention center, aquarium by a private investor, guy from iron chef just opened up a shop) and the house is a few houses down from the house on the movie "A Christmas Story".

Christians are concerned about the medical language.
