These companies has full time accounting staffs to handle it, unlike a small time landlord that has a full time W2 job to attend to.

Most will have a Virginia-barred attorney on staff who can handle this for you from A-Z... to me it sounds like a perfect flat-fee situation in the $1500 range (exclusive of closing).Ignore the what people are saying about this being a bad deal for your friend... that is irrelevant.

I have full confidence in this investment as I have close relationships with the city directors and staff and know that my plans for this property and the will of the city go hand in hand.

We start hiring on-site staff at every 50 units... so 100 units would likely have 2 staff members.

.- Click to open replies - same as above.Just to let you know that staff is monitoring the threads and gathering the responses, and I've personally been able to speak with some of the staff and relay concerns, so they do hear what you're saying - sometimes changes are just difficult because they're different, but some of what's been noted in the other threads definitely has legitimacy (at least in my opinion) and I think it's being taken seriously.

There really isn't a great way to find these people other than maybe reaching out to staff at facilities directly or elder law attorneys.

This in turn lead to the staff not being so helpful.My questions are:What office in your local courthouse do you visit to get these leads?

For instance when someone calls the office, I'd like for our staff to be able to have something to review or click that brings them to the appropriate section or answer.
