Still, they are kids and from time to time they lose sight of their goals-- that's when they get a time out.

Nothing is off limits, religion, politics, music that really stinks, health insurance, corporate rip offs, younger women who refuse to go out with old men, old men that ask younger women out, or men I guess, movies full of kids, church dinners where evryone brings the same dish, stop lights that aren't syncronized, whatever....Yes, I'll do one on late night RE gurus!

Once I had kids and they have bikes and toys, I really needed the space back.One of my rental houses is on a corner and has a driveway in front.

Do your homework and it can work out very nice.

One way they can make a difference is if they could get their kids started in the right direction to avoid their mistakes.

They made the HOA pickup some trash but said I need to get with them.It's mostly kids throwing fast food, candy wrappers.

When we were visiting in 2010 I met with several young kids who had bought homes & then rented their spare rooms to cover the very high cost of home buying entry.good luck ...

He has 6 kids and wants to leave 1 to each child, but he's too busy to run everything, along with his other business, so helping him out.. ;)
