you will probably find these in the less than desirable neighborhoods. there are couple of these places near me.literally you could outfit 30 units in a few weeks i wish i had more houses I would buy more lights and faucets.from the street it looks like a bunch of bums selling junk so keep your eyes peeled and dont be afraid to investigate bums selling junk especially if you spot a box truck that means a pallet or two of stuff that could be your guy
