Hi everyone, I have it as a goal next year to buy one investment property so I need to learn as much as possible about the process for doing so.

What was the biggest mistake you made when you began investing in real estate?

Gist of the situation is I am leveraging an existing property's equity to invest into a syndication, and formed a new LLC for the ladder.
