I have tried Internet Marketing, Pampered Chef, and even AVON...yes AVON...LOL.I have looked at real estate investing before but I always thought that you had to have money and good credit to get started.

I put my time and effort into a very active website and social media with free reports and articles and posts linking back to my website so I come up when people in my area search the internet on selling their house.I spoke to a competitor of mine here and he sends something like 8000 letter and has a bunch of bill boards.
