I am looking at a few things but recently have looked at Private Lending vs buying into syndication deals.With Private Lending I believe the returns would be better, but the effort would be more (finding the deals, managing the deals, etc).

Hi community,As I think about the exit strategy for going from one house hack to the next, I have realized that it would be difficult to cash out refinance and buy the next house with a minimum down payment from a primary resident loan.

In my opinion principal reduction is the best option instead of buying interest rate since money will not go directly towards principal.
