Unfortunately the few bad tenants are the ones we generally hear about, not the multitude of good ones...like I myself was for my LL.So I'm sure there will be impacts, and I'm sure there will be bad actors, but legislation like this doesn't suddenly overnight create an implosion in an entire industry.

I have no idea what that entails but it's a HUGE industry here in Houston because of our local economies.

-Define a strategy (buy and hold, flip, BRRRR, note investing, wholesaling, etc)-Pick a market-Build connections in that market + build connections in the industry in general.

bottom line as stated above.. this whole half truth no truth business model of so many wholesalers is just total BS and a stain on the industry.. look what its done to you..
