This is going to be my first property I am purchasing and I am looking to house hack by buying a multi-family with 5% down. 

Old houses at super high prices. 

I stopped for a while to do life coaching and energy work, and then I met a guy who was a broker that wanted to get more into the development side so we teamed up with his dad, a lawyer, and started up.As things have progressed, I am now finding lots of deals, and as it turns out, the guy I am working with is not really delivering the investors like he said he could/would so I am learning that part of the process now too as most of my deals sit quietly on the sidelines.

Assuming that I left the whole area open like a beach house, the impact is VERY minimal, but has to be checked. 

I’ve been looking around and the areas that I like, I can’t afford a house.

I bought a house here but I am still remodeling.

It's a safely issue for us, as we live in another unit in the house. 

But I definitely looking to invest in some sort of software to have a better look at multi-family deals & student housing rentals/development deals.Thank you and looking forward to your feedback!

Dear friends, I have been receiving inquiries from insurance company, temp housing company, and random clients in FF asking for the exact address of the house, then I don't hear anything back after I gave out for a few times.

The realtor puts the house as pending while the wholesaler markets it for 85k.
