I know we have a lot of great resources here at BP but sometimes the problem is we have so many resources it can be hard to find and access them all!

I use Turbotenant for collecting rent and electronic lease signing and it's been great.

If you're doing the right thing, that's great to hear, but you're in the minority.

Hi @Raj Modi if you are looking for some contractors on Montgomery County - Maryland, I have a few that are great guys and can be helpful! 

They have a ton of great info to help you learn best practices, find vendors, learn different things and network with other people in the industry.

Section 8 can be a very smart play, but it's not great for first-time investors who are not planning (and have the resources) to continue the play to understand and perfect the obligations and to ensure the best renters.
