Hi, We have a property managment company on the other side of the mountains in Grand Junction, Colorado. 

@Patti Robertson  it always amazes me why so many investors are not licensed.... yes its a little work and a few grand a year ( but tell me what business you can spend 2k year on and make 6 figures )....

From here people can take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon.

RSAF used to fly Chinooks for years out of Grand Prairie TX and had several hundred stationed here. 

One is a couple hundred grand overpriced.

I don't want to gauge my friends for rent, but I see some posts on here for rooms going for close to a grand each.

This will cost a few hundred dollars but in the grand scheme of things it is a great investment.

The trick is not to look for an absolute grand slam, but to understand that sometimes you will leave some equity in some deals.

@Bill Gulley  No license needed to broker aircraft.. and if these wanna be wholesalers understood the commissions involved in selling aircraft you would have a flood of videos showing how to tie up a Citation 2 for 4 million and flip it for 4.2  all with no license... or buy them at auctions  Drugs ,, IRS bank repo's polish them change the oil clean the interior and make a few hundred grand  !!!
