Hi @Ashton Foster,If you want to start and make money fast, then you need to provide massive value somewhere in the marketplace as quickly as you can.

Not just the owners, but the employees. 

@Joshua Adlam I currently manage 2 Apartment buildings in Alberta Canada and I am looking to have the capacity to be able to take on more buildings and hire employees ect, I am looking into registering the management I do into a business with the government and I am wondering if registering as an LLC is best?

@Dave Foster does these every day. 

Realize they serve 2 diff purposes:1) LLC is to limit a claimants recourse to your assets and passes thru income to the end entity2) S-Corps are the end entity and are used to reduce taxes (like FICA) and W-2 amounts by providing more generous benes (like retirement contributions) to "employees" as long as all are treated equally.DISCLOSURE - AM NOT A CPA OR TAX PROFESSIONAL.

Make sure you are in all the housing groups on Facebook, find the travel nurse groups, and reach out to local larger employers (hospitals, etc) to let them know you have a spot available for incoming employees 

You have employees, self-employed individuals, business owners and investors.
