Clyde:Check with your city's Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development people for your state or county and ask them what businesses are looking to expand or move into the area.  

Currently obtaining permitting to develop a portion of my 3 acre commercial property into a 14-space park model RV park.  

Together with a number of partners, including a Project Manager of a well-known national RE Developer, we have formed GreenSpire Properties, which will kick off our RE investment business.

I've actually developed a fear from reading BP in the nightmare of getting rid of an unwanted squatting tenant that won't pay rent, but the process in getting them out is horrible.

This is due to reluctance to sell family property to a "get rich quick" guy or the always evil "developer".

I develop towers for all of the major carriers.  

I work in construction as a project manager with a degree from Purdue for a local developer with multi-family, office buildouts, etc.This opportunity is definitely of interest but something I'd like to discuss further to see if it may be a good fit. 

He claims to mentor young entrepreneurs about business development, start ups etc, but he doesn't really.
