The description of the property stated furniture include, which was a lie, he called it clever puffing, which in most states is illegal, the rest of it made no sense and I asked him several times to change it but he didn't.

If you read the LP it's fairly clear.....it will state foreclosing on a certain property with a legal description, and may also reference the specific mortgage by book/page no.

The seller can secure her interest with a note and blanket lien for the total amount due and covering all of the properties (the legal description would include a Parcel 1, Parcel 2 and so forth) or the purchase price could be allocated to each property and separate mortgages/deeds of trusts could be recorded against each property.With scenario 1 the buyer would need to pay down the overall balance to an approved level in order to obtain a partial release and sell a property from the portfolio.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko From what I read of @Eric Jan description it sounded like he wanted to split between his SDIRA and cash so that the funds from the proceeds of the sell will also split to those resources.

Ocean is obviously dissfunctional to the extreme.. but Morris is the one touting these as safe secure investments that if you buy them you will retire on cash flow.... his description of the model is just so far from reality .
