If you read the LP it's fairly clear.....it will state foreclosing on a certain property with a legal description, and may also reference the specific mortgage by book/page no.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko From what I read of @Eric Jan description it sounded like he wanted to split between his SDIRA and cash so that the funds from the proceeds of the sell will also split to those resources.

Ocean is obviously dissfunctional to the extreme.. but Morris is the one touting these as safe secure investments that if you buy them you will retire on cash flow.... his description of the model is just so far from reality .

If alongside the basic information that you use to market properties on sale (the photographs, descriptions) you included floor plans,...... nothing too complex just floor areas and layout of rooms.
