I agree with Bill - actually, she is legally obligated to give you the Definitions of working relationships at the same time as the ERtB contract.I'm a real estate broker (like Bill) in Colorado... they drag this point home every time we take a CEU class.

As a 21 year old beginning in Real Estate Investing, I will definitely take this to heart and begin actually learning basics in finance and getting an education in Real Estate.

You definitely need some people you trust there in the ground over looking the project if you can't be there yourself.

I definitely value your feedback.If you use percentages of 10% for Vacancy, Capex and Maintenance, an apartment that rents for $2000/month (600$/month) would require putting aside $720/year more than an apartment that rents for 1,800 ($540/month) .
