If let’s say tomorrow Powell given resignation and his replacement would start QE due to new nature of the world , the Fed would start with narrative why they have to restart QE.What is also interesting in the world is that de-dollarization is not happening , but it is the de-Euronization that happened in international world.It is good today bond market is closed but the yield is already crashing due  which is expected in time like this.
