I inquired about mobile vs modular to learn about depreciation on posts on BP, google searches, 2 local builders, and a reputable CPA that handles real estate investments for some clients.

@Satish SubramanianIf you can't find a CPA in your area, you may want to consider reaching out to one of the BP CPA's who work remotely with investors all over the country. 

Has anyone ever joined the USAA Real Estate Rewards Network?

Can anyone suggest a REI friendly CPA in the Henderson County/East Texas area or Tyler? 

I will continue to look for other investors to link up with and hopefully I am able to network with several.  

I think I will build my credit first, and in the mean time I'll network to see if I can find a passive investor to partner up with and buy a bigger deal together.

I just finished my BRRRR refi last month on that property and another one in Shaker Heights (east side) that has about $50k in equity - also an MLS deal.I've also been able to find some off-market deals here and there just by networking with people.
