The great thing about Chattanooga is there are plenty of places to buy that are convenient to tourist destinations while being outside those areas with current restrictions!

I have been investing anywhere I can from San Antonio to New Braunfels on IH35 north of 1604 mainly for convenience as I live in Schertz, but the appreciation has been excellent in this area.

(I did buy a house last year from a mailing and it was the best deal to date..107k purchase, 20k repair, 230k back end…this one should have been a sign but I was too cheap to keep mailing and stick with it hard so I went back to the MLS) - The MLS feels like an ex-girlfriend I keep running back to because she's cheap and convenient.

I would be sure to see which laws about informing tenants of transferring ownership apply to you, based on your State because you certainly don't want to break the law here, and just start out on the right foot too (friendly first impression, etc)Now as far as paying by app- I get that it would be very convenient for you to do so (100% agree!)
