Apparently there have been problems with this appraiser before and my lender let’s me know that they will be removing this appraiser from their panel.I asked my lender to request a new appraisal since this report is missing stuff, for two days he says we can’t, but we can dispute it.The appraiser says he isnt adjusting anything, dispute doesn’t hold, my lender says the appraisal stands.Okay, my sellers come off their price and even throw in furniture to ease the gap, wasn’t expecting that at all in this market.then 5 days after the appraisal, my lender lets me know that the appraiser submitted a new report that classifies the home as a category 5?

-should we do a cost segregation study before after tenant move out or wait till all furniture is in?

If you are looking to move out to another home or rent another place elsewhere, can you leave the furniture in the house and rent it out as a furnished rental?

I have thought about getting in to the travel nursing field a few times but have yet to pull the trigger on that since my children are still young.

tI has a lot of details including things you think they would know like the refrigerator has to be empty and furniture must be gone.

I purchased my primary home in 2020 through FHA but I have a family with small children so I don't want to secure an investment property through FHA because I'd have to live there for a year.

No children in our household.

It's not a bad idea but the thought of paying 2 mortgages until I can get the lease signed scares me to death (I have 2 small children and am the only source of income).
