Apparently there have been problems with this appraiser before and my lender let’s me know that they will be removing this appraiser from their panel.I asked my lender to request a new appraisal since this report is missing stuff, for two days he says we can’t, but we can dispute it.The appraiser says he isnt adjusting anything, dispute doesn’t hold, my lender says the appraisal stands.Okay, my sellers come off their price and even throw in furniture to ease the gap, wasn’t expecting that at all in this market.then 5 days after the appraisal, my lender lets me know that the appraiser submitted a new report that classifies the home as a category 5?
