Many cheaper, easier, and more effective ways to borrow!

For example, we invest with my parents in upstate NY, we travel there several times a year and housing is cheaper than in the DC area.  

This is also one reason why I setup my out of state entities in those states rather than register MA ones, those places are MUCH cheaper so since that is where the properties are it makes sense.

seems to me to be cheaper areas like g grove, santa ana, and inland OC, but i'm not sure.

I would wait and see how things play out in the up coming weeks , you may be able to pick up the property cheaper .

@Charles Worth  right now I see them spread all over the country to competition in any one market will be negligable.. but if one decided to concentrate on a market and they bring in cheaper capital.. they will cream the best players and deals as the flippers who are getting squeezed on profit will be looking for cheaper capital.. 

I prefer postcards as they are cheaper and my response rates seem to be about the same.
