This seems insane (and wasted expense) for a simple transfer between two trusted parties.

Another option is using a HELOC so you can keep the condo but capture the equity. 

I’m actually kind of surprised it isn’t talked about that often.I’m looking more into investing OOS so this would be a MAJOR issue if it ever came up.Is there any simple way to find out about an HOA’s policy against renters if you’re not even in the area?  

So, I did the simple paperwork and started 5 LLC's for 5 different properties.I sent the LLC paperwork and he opened new tax ID numbers for each LLC.

It was a simple form on the States website.

Start with some simple back of the napkin math: 54 pads times $275 per month, times 12 months gives you a gross rent of $178,200.

Pretty simple stuff in the letter.

Read about all the legal requirements on the internet for syndicated real estate and using other people's money.It is quite simple to do the math to know whether or not a property will result in a profit.

Maybe it is as simple as you need the LLC to file the claim.

If we take this route then is it a simple process or does this involve a lot of paperwork as well.
