I reside in Bridgewater, MA with my beautiful daughter and girlfriend. 

I have a 94 mobile home on 3 beautiful green carpet grass lots with semi closed garage and backYard patio area and treehouse.

I believe it is very important to be patient and be firm on your offer price because the Seller usually calls back bagging you to move forward with the deal at your price.

So, even though I had the sweat equity, it probably wasn't the best financial option.... no regrets though, it was great working at home through a beautiful summer and what I learned is priceless.The stress of the flip is the dust and dirt that is always there... you'll be constantly cleaning.  

Yonkers is a beautiful city to invest in.

 Beverly Hills is a great area; excellent lawns, gardens and outdoor beauty! 

Step downs in living and formal room beautiful 1970 wood on interior walls, messed up kitchen.  

Not recommended.Focus on the above items and only partner with people if they bring something valuable to the table.That's the beauty of this business is you don't need to get married to anyone initially.Good stuff!
