Basically your buying wholesale trying to sell retail for a profit. but in reality your competing with the wholesale companys themselves selling them for the same price they selled it to you at.

Basically what it said though is that the important thing is to run the numbers; if the numbers work at 70%, 75%, 80% or whatever, then go with it.

As far as I can tell, the hot water tank has filled and the heating mechanism (gas burner) is working (it makes the normal sounds and occasionally I feel the outgoing pipe is warm).Everything I've found says to run the hot water until the air stops and I get a continuous flow of water, but I never reach that point.
