My name is Richard, I'm 21 years old with about 8-20 k of money I could use as of now for investing( I don't make that much yet), I am in the process of getting my real estate license , and I am from the bay area.I am new to using bigger pockets, however I have been listening to podcasts, studying, and reading articles for some time now. what would you all suggest for a new person like me hoping to start their jounry into real estate investing?

But the point is, I’ve been thinking hard about this topic lately and been reading lots of bIgpockets forum posts and blogs and even listening to a book by Brandon Turner on Rental property!

So I'm genuinely curious about this topic, and I apologize if it's been covered previously.

I would recommend listening to podcasts and reading about real estate and if you have a question about what you learned from either source look it up or post about the topic on here to see what people say.

.- Make sure you get all LLC documents (Articles of Org and Operating Agmt), and that the signatory on all loan docs (Note, DOT, Disclosures) matches the authorized signatory of the LLC perfectly.Good luck!

It sounds like what you are discussing is a Joint Specific LLC, which is a great strategy that I have outlined in this article in the past.
