I think @Chris Seveney offered to review your investments docs for you he will be able to tell you what you actually did as its appears no one who invested on this thread is exactly certain how their investment was secured ..

Click Save and Close Go to your Customer center and choose your tenant (Name) do a Ctrl + I  (for Invoice) and this window should appear.Click on the Expenses TabTo put a check mark next to the bill you want to send your tenant press the space bar on your keyboard and click on save and close.And now the bill appears for your tenant.

Instead of the weak public file we see, I got back about 10 pages of wants and warrants for failure to appear, failure to pay registration, false identities, etc.

@Kris KempReally nothing you can do as they have a right to enjoyment of the unit and appears they are not doing anything against hoa rules and regulationsYou can hire an acoustics engineer and add vibration isolation and acoustical drywall but it’s super expensive - it would absolutely helpOther than that, not much more you can do especially if it’s an older building as stc codes / standards are pretty low
