Hi @Dylan Brown, one of the main appeals of house hacking is that you need a low down payment while getting primary home rates.

I'm approaching all my properties as flips with a more generally appealing design aspect so that if I do choose to BRRRR - I don't end up regretting granite countertops or french tiles etc.  

These things made all of the difference in the world with making it more appealing to the buyer community.
