Hey @Adam Rapoport an easy, quick way to analyze a potential rental property is the 1% rule.

I was analyzing an auction home today and ran across the seller’s term that specified “No Hard Money Loans or Home Equity Lines of Credit will be permitted”.Why would a seller care if the money came from a HML or HELOC?

@James Carlson, i'm late to this party but i've also been seeing favorable numbers for myself when analyzing 4bed house hack rent by room scenarios under 325, assuming i can get 600-700 per room.
