Hi, I am a college student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where I am apart of the Lee Business School’s Pre-Business program as well as being a member of the Honor’s College.

Make it a mobile University rather than just driving and wasting potentially useful time.

Football players can sometimes get out of hand and do stupid things but you can present yourself as one who has the University interest in mind!  

@Amy ChengCheck out my article about the Cons of BRRR especially if you live remotely.https://www.biggerpockets.com/...Note this is coming from an Accredited investors POV who used to do turnkey rentals.I personally would not do Remote BRRR as there is just a lot of risk with 1) risk of embezzlement with contractors 2) change orders and 3) bank doing bait and switch doing a lower appraisal and/or LTV on the refinance.This is especially true for high paid professional or those with a net worth of over $300,000.

Hi Jennifer, I'm in the same boat, looking in Lake County, both North Chicago and Waukegan are great because the Navy base, Rosalind Franklin University, Amazon, and coming up a casino, are in the area.

Universities offer real estate investment/ development certificates and I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on the certificate from Fordham.

They’re acting to get into this market with how many jobs and solid stability Knoxville has as a whole, plus not mention our entires state university being here in the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

This kind of sounds like real estate syndication, but my friends and family aren't accredited investors. 

@Merlin Erickson Washington University has a top notch dental school and lots of affordable duplexes.
