I'm will not take the first one the just barely meets our requirements.

Both from a "he seemed honest why not just move forward" standpoint (I've been guilty of doing this too) and a "you can barely get guys to show up to even give you a quote" standpoint.Let me know if I can help with anything.

I've spent the past 4-5 months gathering as much info as I can on wholesaling and to tell you the truth I STILL feel like I barely know even 5% of the game.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what to lease it at because there are barely any comparables anywhere close to the subject property. 

I was just barely over the 50k upper limit at the time.

It may be a high paying barely part-time job, especially when you only have one or two, but it is a job that involves work.

The 50 unit, bare bones apartment building will have much lower expense ratio.

On the other end of a fence I've seen condos with fees that barely cover the common area expenses and do not save anything at all for larger expenses. 

Problem is that most guys around here get marginal deals under contract at a price that is barely a deal (if at all) and then try to get a $15K fee on that.

Reason being is I just bought my own house with VA financing and I barely qualified to get into the place i am in now.
