As an investor myself, it is very easy for me to put myself in the client's shoes and understand exactly what they need to have in order for the transaction to be successful.

If I were in your shoes, I'd skip college, get a construction job or something that pays well, save as much as possible, and start investing ASAP.

I am currently watching a television shoe about ELF electric cars and it is very advanced to people.  

If I were in your shoes, I would research local lenders here on Bigger Pockets or connect with fellow local investors who have experience working with somebody in your area who can do blanket loans.

But just always remember--look for a mentor who you would trade shoes with. :)

If I was in your shoes I’d use a PM company for the first year (at least) as they understand the market (likely) better than you.
