If you're dealing with one of these bad actors (a to-be-determined price is a red flag), rest assured they have worked with their attorney to be sure they're fully protected.If you do go this route because of credit problems, work with a mortgage broker to fix those problems and be SURE you can get the loan before the option expires.

I've gotten along without ipods, itouchs, iPhones or any other Apple what nots up to now, so I'm pretty confident an iPad is not something I'll be needing, now or in the foreseeable future.A BB and an ultraportable Notebook covers all the bases for me.Not in to the music player scene, and non-tacticle keyboards are far from friendly, so iPods, iPhones, iTouches and iPads are not something I'd have an interest in.My daughter has an iTouch and I'll admit it was interesting.... for about 5 minutes.

Not a land trust, but a simple revocable trust (used for financial planning and thus does not through out a red flag to the bank as land trusts do these days.Forming a trust only costs about $250-$350, make the name of the offer in the trust (I name my trusts after the street name of the subject property) and name the vesting in the name of the trust.
