Bear in mind, these are usually short-term loans and you will need to sell or refinance with a traditional lender once the repairs are complete, depending on your strategy.

I may build a few of those, including my personal home, to use as short-term rentals.

Some have short seasoning rules and limited LTV's while others are fine with short seasoning but have worse terms.
